Bacon, a versatile and delicious protein, has long been a staple in many households and many families. It’s definitely something I cook for us at least 4 days out of the week.

It’s so simple, you literally just hang your bacon over the rack and then pop it in your oven. Oven temps and times are different, so definitely practice and figure out what works best for your oven and how you like your bacon. We like ours a little crispy. We love this way of doing bacon. I also enjoy making it in the air fryer, so I tend to bounce between the two. How do you like to cook your bacon?
